Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, either unworn or unused, with a label and original packaging You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return consignment label stating how and where to send the package if you do not request the return first.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exception/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return the item you own, once the return is accepted, please purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods for any reason within 14 days, without any good cause. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with a label and in original packaging material. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and send a refund.
